Sugar being Satan and all, my family is going sugar free for a while. It’s also raining and cool in Texas at the end of May. There is definitely something going on in the matrix, and it’s time for some hot chocolate.
Here’s the recipe:
For each 8 oz. cup of raw milk
Add 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
2 Tbsp of agave nectar (maple syrup or honey might work too)
a teeny shake of salt
dashes of cinnamon and vanilla
Heat in a saucepan and serve
The kids say it’s the best hot chocolate they’ve ever had.
